Fairly clean hotel, and the staff were super-friendly, location was particularly good in the middle of jackson. The room was wonderful and the bathroom particularly good! The breakfast was amazing, there was lots of food to chose from. Location: the venue was next to the tea gardens, and restaurant and kitchens. Also, the property was 2 miles away from Fun Forest Adventure Park.

I had a great stay at Grand Valley Resort. the hotel is clean, the staff was friendly and the location was fantastic, with tea gardens, a restaurant, and Munnar right next door. the rooms were amazing and the pool was nice for a refreshing dip. the breakfast provided was phenomenal. Overall, I had a pleasant experience at the resort.

Greatly enjoyed the hotel. the staff was super friendly on arrival and throughout the stay. - the room was exceptionally good, the beds were cozy. - the whole experience was really nice. - Would recommend. my recent stay in Anachal exceeded expectations - Grand Valley Resort impressed! The location, food, rooms and especially the staff were all amazing. A special shoutout to Receptionist Ms. Joshita for her professionalism and kindness. The Operations Manager, Mr. Dinesh, was top-notch. Chef Thiru's personal touch with the menu was outstanding. a fantastic experience with a friendly and efficient team. An unforgettable stay in Munnar!

The hotel offered beautiful views of the surrounding valley, allowing guests to truly feel connected to nature. The location was perfect, with a direct view of the plantations. Additionally, the staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating, going above and beyond to meet our needs and make our stay memorable.
There were some minor issues with the facilities, as the hotel is still in the process of setting up its infrastructure. Some basic amenities, such as an electric kettle and credit card payment option, were not readily available.

I recently stayed at a wonderful resort in a beautiful location with stunning views of the plantations. I stayed at this cozy resort with my dad and we had a fantastic time. The location was breathtaking, with a stunning view of the tea fields. We were impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel and the newly built facilities. The views from our balcony were fine and the location was perfect. I recently stayed at a charming hotel nestled in a valley with beautiful views of tea plantations and a river. The location was perfect for my travel purposes, and the staff at the hotel were exceptional. Ms. Joshita Devi at the reception was professional and accommodating, making our stay even more special. Mr. Dinesh, the operations manager, displayed great attitude and composure, maintaining a professional environment. Chef Thiru went above and beyond by personally explaining the menu and impressing my mom with his delicious vegetarian soup. everyone in the hotel was amazing, efficient, caring, and friendly. I would definitely stay with them again.

The hotel has fine views, clean rooms with balconies, and a friendly and polite staff. The General Manager were really nice by offering a complimentary room when we arrived early. The staff, including Preethi, Rajashree, Somnath, Ritu, and others. It experience.
